HISTORY
Our story begins in 1957 when Charles Schauder and his brother-in-law Jack started cutting lawns in their neighborhood. Six years later Jack left the company and Charles continued operating Charles F. Schauder Landscaping from 1963-1983. During this time, Charles's son, Ken Schauder, learned the business and eventually took over in 1980. Ken has continued to manage the company while teaching his sons, John and Ryan, not only the technical aspects of landscaping, but also the business side of managing a company. In 2017 Ryan took over as General Manager with his brother John to begin the 3rd generation of Schauder Incorporated Landscape Management.
